Recommended Itinerary

Day 01 Barcelona Airport To Barcelona

Arrival at the airport in Barcelona and departure for Barcelona. Go to hotel and check-in.

Day 02 Barcelona

After breakfast at the hotel, we will take a panoramic tour of Barcelona with a local guide, stopping at the Sagrada Familia, an architectural masterpiece by Gaud, as well as the grand avenues of the Eixample district with its modernist homes like those of Leó Morena Amatller, Batlló, and Milá. It's time for lunch at a booked restaurant. We will visit the Park Güell in the afternoon (tickets included), and we'll get to the top of Montjuich to enjoy the breathtaking views of the city and the seashore. With a local tour guide, we will wander the huge historical district on foot, visiting Santa Mara del Mar, the Gothic district, the Cathedral, and las Ramblas, the famed pedestrian street.

Day 03 Montserrat

After breakfast at the hotel, we'll leave for Montserrat, a curious geological creation that has been designated a natural park and is beautiful from every perspective. The Marian Sanctuary of Montserrat and "La Moreneta" are located here. Lunch at the restaurant of choice. We can spend the afternoon at leisure exploring the city centre of Barcelona and learning more about this amazing place.

Day 04 Lourdes

After checking out, we will leave the hotel for breakfast before heading to Lourdes. Brief rest stops en route and lunch at a Lourdes restaurant that has been reserved are both included. In the 19th century, a sanctuary was built around the Grotto where Bernadette saw the Virgin in 1858 in this picturesque Pyrenean valley. Visits to the Neo-Gothic Basilica, Via Crucis, Underground Basilica, Rosario Church, and Saint Bernadette's House will be possible. The day begins with check-in and half-board at the Lourdes hotel, and it closes with a procession led by torches.

Day 05 Torreciudad To Zaragoza

We will have breakfast at the hotel before continuing on our journey to Torreciudad. We can go to Torreciudad and eat at a restaurant that has reservations. We will head to the Blessed Virgin Mary shrine in the northern Spanish province of Aragon in the afternoon. Our Lady of Torreciudad has been revered since the eleventh century. On July 7, 1975, the newly constructed Shrine, which was overseen by Opus Dei's founder, Saint Josemara Escriva, was dedicated. We keep going till we reach Zaragoza. check-in at the hotel where you are staying in Zaragoza.

Day 06 Zaragoza

Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a guided tour of one of Spain's largest cities, Zaragoza. Roman ruins like the Circus, the Aljafera Palace, Mudejar-style churches with UNESCO World Heritage status, baroque treasures like the Pilar Basilica (ticket included), the location of the Virgin Mary's appearance to apostle Santiago, and the creations of brilliant artist Francisco de Goya are just a few of the monuments that can be found in the city's streets. Lunch at the designated restaurant, followed by free time to visit the Expo 2008 site if we so choose in the afternoon.

Day 07 Zaragoza - Barcelona Airport

Breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to the airport in Barcelona.
