Travel Guidelines for Do Dham Yatra by helicopter tour

Fixed Flight Timings

This helicopter tour has daily fixed departure times, meaning that the times at which each destination departs are predetermined. Passengers will therefore be deemed to be NO SHOW if they fail to arrive at the designated ETDs on each day of the tour.

Helicopter Weight Limitation

The helicopter can carry a maximum weight of 450 kg, not including baggage. Depending on the load and temperature, passengers are admitted on board. The pilot's decision is final. Every passenger's combined weight must stay within this restriction. Passengers must therefore give us their precise weights at the time of booking.

Passenger Weights

Passengers must provide their accurate weight at the time of reservation. The passenger or passengers would be removed from the aircraft and the Heli-tour would be cancelled without any refund if there was a change in weight from the submitted weights at the time of travel that would exceed the aircraft's 450 kg weight carrying capacity.

Overweight Charges

On Per Seat Basis Only - Overweight fees are charged at a rate of INR 2000 per kg. Those who weigh more than 75 kg will be charged for this. That being said, excess weight (up to the helicopter's total weight limit) will only be computed as the total excess weight above the total allowed weight of all group members put together, meaning that permissible weight = 75 kg x (number of passengers).

In addition, any disparity in the passengers' weights discovered before takeoff would be collected and subject to charges based on the overweight criteria.

Baggage Allowance

Each passenger is only permitted to check a maximum of one bag, each weighing 5 kg. Suitcases and other luggage bags are not allowed to be carried in the helicopter. As a result, all passengers receive duffle bags from our staff the day they arrive.
