Day 01 Madrid Airport To Madrid

Barajas Airport arrival and departure for Madrid. Accommodations in a hotel in Madrid. The remainder of the day is ours to explore this wonderful city.

Day 02 Burgos To Cantabria

After Breakfast,We'll set out on our journey to Burgos. Our first destination is Peafiel, where we may take a tour through the history and culture of wine at the Wine Museum of Valladolid (included). After that, we go to a Ribera del Duero DO winery for a tasting (included).

After lunch, we continue to Burgos, where our local guide will show us the city's historical sites. There are still many mediaeval cathedrals, palaces, and other structures. We keep going to Cantabria till later in the evening.

Day 03 Santoña / Cabárceno

Take a breakfast then we travel to Santoa, a fishing community on Spain's north coast. We take a tour around the streets before stopping by an anchovy cannery, where we can observe the traditional handling and refinement process for anchovy fillets. We have the chance to partake in a sampling session centred on grilled sardines today for lunch at "Casa Pascual" (included), a typical traditional eatery.

We continue to Cabrceno Natural Park in the late afternoon, a naturalised area that was once an open-pit mine but has been returned to the wild beauty of the karst environment.All of the creatures should be visible on the circuit, which also offers vistas of stunning canyons and tranquil lakes. Day 04 Bilbao / Balmaseda

After breakfast at the hotel, we will spend the 4th day of Tour Package to Northern Spain exploring Vizcaya and Bilbao with our local guide. Las sietecalles (the seven streets), La Plaza Nueva, the Ribera Market, and Etxebarra Park, where we may take in the breathtaking views of the city, are all parts of the old town that have been designated as UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Typically, a casserole containing this delectable dish is placed in the centre of the table so that you can help yourself as much as you like. We carry on to Cantabria in the afternoon. We stop along the route and visit Balmaseda. With the help of our local guide, we stroll through this old, mediaeval villa town and take in its principal attractions. Day 05 San Sebastián

Our journey today will take us through the town and its historic district to San Sebastián. There will be time to visit the nearby La Bretxa (1870) market, which serves as a showcase for the ingredients used in Basque cuisine. The complimentary pintxos tour through the old district will serve as lunch. You will now have the chance to put your own ideas into practise after experiencing this creative and tasty method of eating. You can have a delicious Txacoli after eating the results of your labour. Day 06 Santillana Del Mar, Comillas, Bárcena

After breakfast at the hotel, we set out for Santillana del Mar, one of Spain's most picturesque towns. Located along the pilgrims' northern route to Santiago de Compostela, it is a mediaeval settlement that grew up around the collegiate church of Santa Mara. It is one of Cantabria's most significant historical regions. The next stop is Comillas, which is both one of Cantabria's most significant locations and one of its most intriguing architectural sites. The senses are forced to experience the landscape's splendour.

We proceed to Bárcena Mayor for lunch, where we will partake in a "CocidoMontaés" (included). Two vegetarian ingredients—collard greens and huge dry white beans—are used to make this recipe. The remaining components in this recipe are referred to as compangu and include chorizo, bacon, pork ribs, rice, black pudding and flesh from the pig slaughter. We go on to Gijón (Asturias) in the late afternoon. Arrival at the Oviedo hotel and lodging.

Day 07 Oviedo / Cudillero, Gijón

Breakfast. Following that, we travel with our escorted guide towards Oviedo. Oviedo has a long and illustrious history in architecture. We start with Santa Maria del Naranco and San Miguel de Lillo, two of the finest examples of Pre-Romanesque Asturian art. The Cathedral with its stunning tower, the lively Trascorrales Square, and Las Plazas de la Escandalera are some of the main attractions of the old town. Our journey comes to a close at the Fontan Old Market. After lunch, we travel to Cudillero, a little fishing community, in the afternoon. The pastel-colored homes drop down to a little port on a confined inlet. We return to Gijon later in the day and have the pleasure of eating a "Espicha" meal (included), which has asturian cuisine and asturian cider. This style of meal has gained a lot of popularity recently thanks to the celebration that took place on the winepress the day the cider was made. Accommodations upon arrival at the hotel in Oviedo.

Day 08 León To Carrión De Los Condes - Madrid Airport

Following breakfast, we travel to Leon. We will be led by a local guide around the historic centre of León, which is home to numerous cathedrals and churches renowned for its artistic and architectural merit. After this excursion, we travel on to Carrión de las Condes, where we pause to sample a delicious "Asado Castellano" (included), which consists of garlic soup, baby lamb, and salad. We return to the airport in the afternoon. The tour and our services come to an end.
