The next stop is Comillas, which is both one of Cantabria's most significant locations and one of its most intriguing architectural sites. We proceed to Bárcena Mayor for lunch, where we will partake in a "CocidoMontaés" (included). Two vegetarian ingredients—collard greens and huge dry white beans—are used to make this recipe.
