Hidden over high passes in an arid, largely treeless rain shadow, Ladakh is classic Trans Himalayan scenery: huge khaki-coloured valleys and harsh rock walls brought alive by the occasional splash of irrigated green. Traditional Tibetan Buddhist culture remains intact here, with spectacularly located monasteries that burst into life during medieval masked dance festivals that have changed little in 500 years.

Early morning drive to Leh gives you a feeling of being in the high Tibetan Plateau. One climbs a series of Galta loops consisting of 32 hairpin bends on the way up from Jispa and come out in Pang valley. Cross to the other side of the Pang, Tzanspo River to continue drive up to yet another plateau for a long traverse on the legendary Moore plains. The highest of the Tibetan Plateau at 4200 Mts. Continue driving Tanglang La (5280 Mts.) the second highest motor-able pass in the world that commands breath taking views of the Zanskar range. A pleasant drive about 20 Kms brings you to the Ladakhi hamlet, Gya, heralded by prayer flags. After crossing few more villages one reaches the great Indus River. Further drive to Leh town, over night at hotel.
After breakfast drive towards east of Ladakh on Srinagar- Leh Highway (NH1) to visit hall of fame which is built in memory of martyred Indian soldiers, Sangam which is the confluence of two Rivers Indus River and Zanskar River, than on the way back visit Magnetic Hill (the hill that defies the gravity) and later to 12th Century Gurduwara Patthar Sahib. Evening free to explore the local market. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Leh.
After early breakfast kick star towards Nubra Valley, which is 140 km from Leh en-route through the world highest motor-able road Khardong La (18,380 ft) and reach Nubra valley by noon; check in at the pre booked hotel/camp. Later in the afternoon leave the comforts of your room to enjoy a ride on double-humped (Bactrian) camel to explore the white sand dunes of Hunder village. Treat your eyes with the mesmerizing beauty of the valley. Afterwards get back to hotel/camp as the delicious dinner awaits. Overnight at the hotel/camp in Nubra valley.
After having breakfast, drive to Pangong via Shayok route. Reach Pangong by afternoon and have some memorable pictures at beautiful Pangong lake, colour changing lake in the Leh. After spending some time at lake, drive back towards Leh via ChangLa. Reach Leh in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
After Breakfast start return journey for Jispa and overnite stay and dinner at Jispa.
