Founder of Tabo Gompa in Himachal
According to the Tibetan calendar, the Tabo Gompa in Himachal Pradesh was built by a famous teacher and translator, Lotsawa Rinchen Tsang Po, the monarch of the western Himalayan Kingdom of Guge, in the year of the Fire Ape.
