- Get the check-up done prior going on Kedarnath trek
- People with heart, respiratory and blood pressure problem should not take the trek before proper consulting with the doctor
- Take Note trek time as you can only trek between 4 Am to 1.30 pm after Pilgrims are not allowed to trek to kedarnath.
- In case you are unable to cover the trek till late evening you can opt palki or ponies or horses to reach till destination.
