After breakfast, start your city tour visiting Bara Imambara, a famous landmark of Lucknow architecture. View the beautiful central hall and the other public spaces. The Bhulbhulaiya maze will be open and you can see this unique feature with the help of authorized staff.

Next is Rumi Darwaza, a gateway that symbolizes the architectural identity of the city of yore. Admire the architecture and take some photos of the heritage area surrounding it.

Enjoy a traditional Awadhi dinner before leaving your hotel. If time allows, and depending on your taste, try some local kebabs, biryani or local veg dishes.

Later proceed to Ayodhya (approx. 135 kms) which will take around 2.5-3 hours depending upon the traffic. Check in at your hotel and proceed to Ram Ki Paidi for the evening Aarti at the banks of Saryu River.

Stay in Ayodhya Night.

Start your day with a darshan at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir. Please allow plenty of time for security checks and queues and follow the current visitor instructions.

Visit Hanuman Garhi, an important temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman. Visit Kanak Bhawan, related to Lord Rama and Goddess Sita. Feel the devotional environment.

In the afternoon, explore more of the religious traditions of Ayodhya by visiting Dashrath Mahal and Nageshwarnath Temple. Plan for a flexible schedule that depends on temple opening times and how much time you’ll want at each site.

An evening could be spent wandering the local markets. Before returning to your hotel, you can browse through some devotional books, religious souvenirs, traditional handicrafts and regional sweets.

Stay overnight in Ayodhya.

After breakfast, visit Guptar Ghat (Riverside Pilgrimage), where Lord Rama is believed to have left his life on earth. Suss out the ghats and nearby shrines with a more relaxed vibe than the main temple precincts.

Return to the hotel after the visit and check out by collecting your luggage. Start for Lucknow keeping in mind the traffic and road conditions.

Arrive and check in at your hotel in Lucknow. In the evening, visit a local market, known for Chikankari embroidery and traditional clothes. You can also try the local sweets or street food of the area. Choose the places you like.

After Breakfast, Check out of the hotel. If you have time before your flight, spend the rest of the hours shopping for souvenirs or visiting a local attraction.

Lucknow is famous for Chikankari embroidery, so you might want to buy embroidered clothes, accessories or gifts made by local craftsmen. Plan ahead so you have plenty of time to gather your things and get to where you’re going.
